Tyrone B. Joven – a BS ECE student has been qualified as a finalist in the 2010 Ten Outstanding Students in the Philippines in Region 5.
Each year, the Commission on Higher Education looks for students who have not only demonstrated academic excellence but also displayed exemplary leadership and community involvement anchored on good moral values.
Tyrone Joven will participate in a formation program on 30 April – 2 May 2010 at the Bicol University, Legazpi City.
