 The Ateneo de Naga University-Center for Local Governance (CLG) conducted a two-day Training on Project Proposal Writing held at the CLG Training Room on 22-23 October 2009. Barangay officials and local government unit employees from the First and Second Districts of Camarines Sur participated in the training.
The training aims to provide the basic principles and concepts to enhance the skill in preparing and writing project proposals which will help the participants to leverage funding for its development.
The trainers were Dr. Malu C. Barcillano, Director of the Center for Local Governance and Mr. Juan Raul Ll. Relloso, MBA, Executive Director of SMEDI.
